Order Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order that you have placed with Montana Hatman, you must contact customer support by

email (info@montanahatman.com) or by phone at 1 (800)776-2421.  Every effort will be made to accomodate

the cancellation of your order so long as it has not been shipped.

When contacting customer support to cancel your order, be prepared to provide

your name, the order number, and your contact information.

Please note that if the item has shipped, you cannot cancel the order.  In this case,

you may then request authorization to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).
