Refund / Return  Policy

         
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. You may return any unworn and unaltered piece within 30 days.

You can return any merchandise you purchase from WesTrends, LLC with your receipt/packing slip, within 30 days for a refund or 90 days for an exchange. Please remember that shipping charges are not refundable unless you receive a damaged or incorrect item.
If you choose to ship your order back to us, you are responsible for any shipping and handling charges you might incur. The same 30 and 90-day periods apply for refund or exchange, so please have the return package postmarked within the 30 or 90-day period based on the date we shipped the order to you. We suggest that you ship your order via Federal Express, UPS, or insured U.S. mail  to make tracking your return easier. It is in your best interest to insure the package.
           

Returns are easy, here's how:

1.  Look on the receipt/packing slip           
2.  Circle the items you are returning           
3.  Choose the reason for your return           
4.  Indicate whether it is an Exchange or Refund (You have 30 days for a refund or 90 days for an exchange).           
5.  Call us for a "Return Authorization Number" at (800)776-2421. Write that number on your shipping label (the upper left corner of the back of your receipt/packing slip).           
6.  Completely fill out the shipping label.           
7.  Ship your merchandise via FedEx, UPS, or Insured U.S. Mail to:

              NOTE: We recommend using FedEx, UPS, or  Insured U.S. Mail for all return shipping. These carriers provide package tracking and proof of delivery to us. Insurance should be for the full retail price of the items.
